You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?
You may apply directly through our web site on the “Tenant Resources”
page or may apply in person when meeting with your leasing agent. There
is a $30 application fee per adult.

How much do I need for move in expenses?
You will be required to pay the first month rent and a security deposit.
Security deposits differ from property to property but are typically
equal to one month’s rent.

Is the deposit refundable?
The security deposit is refundable provided the tenant(s) comply with
all lease terms and conditions and return the property in good condition
at the end of the lease.

We have many convenient ways for you to pay including online directly through our tenant portal.

Do you allow pets?
Pets are accepted on a per property basis, please ask your leasing agent for more information.
